I had the privilege of working with Therapist Elizabeth during one of the most challenging periods of my life, and I can confidently say that her impact was nothing short of transformative. From our first session I felt a sense of understanding and acceptance that I had been seeking. Elizabeth possesses a rare combination of empathy and attentiveness that immediately put me at ease. She didn't just hear my words; she truly listened, offering validation and understanding without judgment. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my well-being and was committed to helping me navigate through my struggles. What truly sets Elizabeth apart is her ability to empower her clients. Instead of simply offering advice or solutions, she guided me to uncover my own inner strength and wisdom. Through thought-provoking questions and gentle encouragement, she helped me tap into resources I didn't even realize I had. Each session with Elizabeth felt like a journey of self-discovery and growth. I am immensely grateful for the support and guidance Elizabeth provided during our time together. Her therapy sessions were not just a means of coping with difficulties; they were a catalyst for profound personal transformation. Thanks to her compassionate guidance, I have emerged from my challenges stronger, more resilient, and with a deeper understanding of myself. If you're seeking a therapist who is not only empathetic and attentive but also capable of empowering you to overcome life's obstacles, I wholeheartedly recommend Elizabeth. She is a true gem in the field of therapy, and I am forever grateful for the positive impact she has had on my life.

Elizabeth is an amazing therapist. She truly listens and takes the time hear what I have to say and feel. She had helped me to process suppressed emotions that I've had bottled up for many years and help me to realize that I am not the "crazy" one . Because of her, I have a much better understanding of my family dynamics and how I can learn to adjust and move forward with them. I would highly recommend Elizabeth for your counseling needs. You can't go wrong!
