Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Just wanted to say that so far in 3 therapy sessions, I have seen my mindset and goals achieved with the help of Rebekah. She shows empathy, truly listens and digs deep to help find my true inner self and be able to slowly but surely take me to a better healthy mental environment. Thanks a lot.

I’ve met with several counselors over the years, and have never felt like they were truly equipped or able to understand me. One my first session with Rebekah, I immediately knew my experience would be different with her. She’s very inquisitive, very attentive, she has “done the work” herself, and has very solid experience. Would highly recommend!

Rebekah is truly awesome! I have only received 2 therapy sessions and through that she has already began to do great things in me. She has made me realize things I didn’t see before, she always asks the perfect questions in such a kind and compassionate way. She truly cares for her patients. She is amazing, I am so grateful that out of hundreds of therapists I got her.

Changing therapists is scary but I was excited to start my first video session with Rebecca. I was ready for my 4 am video session, but she was only attempting phone session instead of video, and refused to address my question why we weren't using the agreed upon session medium. Her calls were being dropped by my cell provider and they were not making their way to me, and I explained this to her. She then immediately canceled any future sessions, accused me of disrespecting her time, and told me to find another therapist. The technical difficulty was outside of my control and she showed extremely low effort and disrespect on her part. I think this is completely inappropriate behavior and I am extremely unsatisfied with Rebekah.
