My mission is to inspire others to live their purpose. For over 25 years, I have coached individuals, couples and families with their relationships. The #1 relationship problem goes beyond communication. It is learning to resolve conflict and getting stronger through it. It is about accepting differences for what they are. Whether you just want a stronger relationship or you are in a crisis and do not know which way to turn, the only thing holding you back right now is probably fear. Ask yourself: What would love do?
I have a passion to help people have happier lives. First and foremost, we must understand ourselves. Our pain that is not resolved does not end when we leave a relationship. We pass them on to our children and we carry them into our next relationships.
It is important for us to have conscious relationships so that our children will have a better chance of being successful in their own relationships. Otherwise we will watch them repeat our mistakes.
A therapeutic relationship mimics our other relationships. It is important that we practice mutual respect. This would include making your therapy appointment a priority just like you would your other relationships and if something comes up and you need to change your appointment (other than an emergency that you cannot control) I ask that you would show enough respect to give at least 24 hours notice so the time can be available for someone else. A therapist must model the bevavior that they coach you to have in your relationships. Therefore, after two no shows or cancellations without 24 hours notice, I will ask you to find another therapist out of respect for myself and my other clients who need the time that you must not value enough. This is a consequence not a punishment.
My latest appointment is 5 P.M. These are available by request.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr. Siebold provides me with the materials and expertise to learn more about myself and understand my trauma. The worksheets and books she recommends have provided me with the knowledge I need to grow and heal. Thank you for your guidance and support on this difficult journey.
Dr Siebold is the epitome of everything you want in a therapist. She doesn't pull punches and tells you how it is - we all need a little bit of that. I've only been with her for little over four months and her expertise and guidance have opened so many doors for me. I used to look at therapy as a chore. Dr. Siebold has renewed my faith in counseling sessions and I couldn't be more grateful to have her as my therapist.

Having read Dr. Siebold Profile I was most impressed and decided that she was the therapist I needed. After my 1st session my husband could see the change in me, and I could also feel it. She's very patient and listen / support you and a very caring person. When I needed someone to help me with my situation, she was there for me and if I ever need a therapist again it would be her and I would not think twice to recommend her.
Dr. SIebold has pulled me out of very hard times. She has followed up nights and weekends to ensure my safety. I have never felt abandoned or misled by Dr. Siebold.
Dr. Siebold is very understanding and flexible with her schedules. When I was having a rough time she was able to fit me in a quicker session than what I had originally scheduled. She’s a great listener and she has helped me through my anxiety. I highly recommend her services to anyone that needs help with anxiety, or anything else.
Doctor Siebold has been very gracious, understanding and offers a lot of wisdom into my particular situation. I thought that I was going to wean off of counseling, but then we touched upon something else that made me realize I'm really glad that I have her, and I'm gonna stay for a while because she has helped me through many issues.
Very professional and great listener
She is amazing and has helped me take steps to improve my life.
