I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas with a Masters degree in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience working as a Licensed Professional Counselor with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings including clinics, therapeutic day treatments, residential facilities, acute psychiatric hospital, and residential and outpatient addiction services. Through my experience, I have worked with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, family/relational, attachment, addictions, and trauma.

I make great efforts to help my clients feel safe and heard. My approach is first and foremost client-centered with application of cognitive behavioral and solution-focused techniques. I have training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy as well as EMDR. I tailor my treatment plan and therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs.

Please note that my clients will need to be located physically in Arkansas at the time of live sessions and when counseling occurs.

It takes courage to step forward and seek out therapy services. I will be here to support you and empower you every step of the way.

It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Sarah is always prompt, kind, and full of wisdom. She helps me to see flaws in my thinking, but always points them out gently. She has listened and helped me through some of my darkest, most confusing days—but even then she’s helped me find hope in tomorrow. Most days we can end our sessions with a smile! So amazing! She’s good at what she does and I’d recommend her to everyone!

Reviewed February 2023

When I matched with my therapist, I was so nervous and honestly a bit embarrassed for even seeking help. She has made sure to never make me feel this way and is helping me find validation in a very confusing, difficult situation. Seeking help is not weakness, it’s strength. So glad I took this step not only for me, but my children as I strive to get through this difficult time, heal, and be more present/a better mom for them.
