I have been having session for about four months , and I can say Natalie has listened and offered many resources to help me. During this process I know I am getting better , and soon will be able to move forward without having sessions and although I will miss Natalie this is a testament to how well she does her job and cares for her patients.

More about Natalie

In 2019, I retired from a local Law Enforcement agency where I provided crisis intervention services to the community. It was a remarkable 20-year career helping people on "the worst day of my life." Many of those calls for service included assisting individuals and families dealing with mental illness, addiction, domestic violence, sex crimes, child and elder abuse/neglect, and death-related situations (natural, suicide, homicide, and accidental). I learned three things; people are incredibly resilient, desperate to be heard, and open to options when respect and trust exist. My ideal client meets all three.

I offer in-home and telehealth counseling. My work and personal history lend themselves well to assist many individuals and families. In addition, I have a particular interest in working with First Responders, both sworn and civilian.

If you are interested in speaking with an open-minded, culturally competent, and creative solutions therapist, please reach out with your inquiry or interest. I welcome challenging, complicated, and creative content issues. Thank you.

I look forward to assisting you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
