I am a licensed independent social worker in South Carolina with several years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, relationship issues, parenting problems, grief issues and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach includes, cognitive-behavioral, Humanistic therapy, integrative or holistic therapy and Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. Everyone is unique. I believe in tailoring treatment plan to meet my clients unique needs.
We all have stressors during our life time. A stressor can positive or negative. However, not having the tools to manage that stressor could lead to a unhealthy balance to our lives. My goals is to equip you with the tools needed and assist in making your decision to seek counseling a successful and meaningful one.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
