Rabaya has been instrumental in helping me manage my panic disorder over the last few months. She has helped me identify triggers and has also helped me develop coping mechanisms that have made managing this type of anxiety possible. I have been able to return to a sense of normalcy in my life and now have significantly fewer panic attacks than I was experiencing prior to starting therapy - if they do occur, I am able to handle them much better and now very rarely require medication to get through them.
