Peggy has been a more-than-ideal person to begin the therapy process with. She’s very kind, knowledgeable, and brings a really nice laid back energy to the sessions. She is a great listener, and truly absorbs and processes everything she hears before responding. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in the state of Illinois. I also have a Masters Degree in Education. I have over 30 years of experience working in the field of mental health. I consider it a privilege to have been invited into the lives of others as they seek to improve their daily lives.

I believe in meeting my clients where they are. Not where they are ‘expected’ to be. I will work with you as a whole person, not just as a diagnosis. I believe in an individual’s inherent dignity and right to self determination.

I would love to join you on your journey to positive change.

Margaret has been probably the best therapist I have ever had. No one else has been able to connect with me so quickly, or be so understanding of my quirks and needs in therapy. Highly recommend. Also, it really helps that she's 420 friendly.

Peggy is such a great listener. She understands what I’m going through and has so much experience with my situation and is so nonjudgmental of my values. Just an example, I’m very against medication and she is giving me other resources to try out before I get to that point. My mental health is so fragile right now and she is taking the time to understand me and lead me in the right direction. During our sessions, I can really feel that she cares and wants what is best for me.
