Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Excellent therapist
Lindsey is extremely supportive and personable. She was a great match for me. I joined therapy because I was grieving over the loss of a loved one. Lindsey guided me on how to grow and be my best self.
Lindsey is great. She is such a powerful addition in my life. As a therapist she is a greta resource for me to learn and see insight in what puzzles me. As a pair of ears she is open to listening and helps me to guide thought processes while she makes me feel heard. And overall, Lindsey has helped me grow in many away inside and outside of our usual sessions. Unpacking after therapy, revisiting and checking in and at times even sharing a song the way a good friend does after a conversation. I cannot recommend Lindsey enough!
I am so thankful to have Lindsey as a therapist and would highly recommend her to anyone, especially people going through modern dating and relationships. She is easy to connect with, truly listens, and makes me able to see things from a more high level and positive perspective.
