My foundation is based in the Functional approach and I trained under the philosophies of Carl Jung, Otto Rank and Carl Rogers at the University of Pennsylvania. I will accommodate my approach to your specific needs, answer all of your questions and provide feedback respectfully. I encourage the practice of Eastern Psychological methods such as, mindful meditations, guided imagery, and all positive self care that is inherent across most Western Religions. If your religion matters to you, it also matters during our time together and I will always create and promote a safe space for you to explore and express your personal desires, beliefs and values.
