I am a Mental Health Therapist and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional licensed in the state of Florida with over 8 years of counseling experience. I have worked in many different settings with diverse populations treating a wide range of concerns. I specialize in working with individuals with eating disorders, compulsive overeating, exercise and food addiction, body image and self esteem issues. My therapy style is warm, accepting, and action-oriented. I believe that every individual is unique and, as such, I develop the treatment accordingly; I strive to meet my clients wherever they are in the stage of change. My approach is integrative and holistic - I combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, solution-focused therapy to improve upon and maximize health and wellness.

Change can be scary and uncomfortable, but it can also be very rewarding and gratifying. If you are ready to take the next step towards a better you, I am here to support and empower you to do so. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
