Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Attentive, competent, and engaging
Guided me to a place of understanding myself in way I’ve never thought existed. Highly recommend
Denise has been God sent since I started therapy with her. She digs in deep in your situation and tries to make you open up to find the peace you need. She checks up on me and makes me do work for the next therapy so you can find relief in any situation that causes pain in my life. I have been a working progress in all that I have been through, but I know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
Denise Billings is the best person, therapist. I can communicate freely with her. She calls me out. She brings life experiences relatable to my issues and conerns. She encourages and builds my confidence. She is someone I look forward to speak to as she inspires me to know I can make things different, just put the hard work in. Thank you
I am so glad I met Ms. Billings and I would recommend her 100%. I started therapy to treat my anxiety issues, childhood trauma, and depression symptoms. While I still am in progress, I have been able to regulate my emotions better than I used to and objectify my situation thanks to my weekly sessions with Ms. Billings. I took a short break due to exhaustion a few months ago without notice and I felt very bad but when I came back she welcomed me back with open arms and told me it was good to see me. I felt so lucky to have her as my therapist. She is absolutely charming and I love talking to her. She makes me want to be a better person. I am looking forward to future sessions with her and I am sure everyone would feel that way!

Having been to therapy before I was really hoping for a good, positive and helpful matchup therapist wise. Denise has been above and beyond any expectations I could’ve hoped for. She has been by far the best therapist I’ve ever met with and leads our sessions with an open ear and evidence based practices that have truly helped me navigate my marriage and family better. If only more therapist were like her more people would engage and benefit from therapy!

She understands traditional values and contemporary lifestyles. The real benefits of theapry takes time, but with Denise's help we have laid the ground work for a path to genuine healing and growth.

Denise has been a source of information as well as support. She listens and gives well thought out advise and/or suggestions to assist with my issues. I find her to be kind, intelligent and a wealth of knowledge. She checks in often to ensure that I am still on track and utilizing what I have learned while working with her. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a therapist.
I've been working with Denise for a few months now and I can't recommend her enough. Her professionalism, her positive attitude and listening ear have helped and encouraged me to become the best version of myself and to let go of all the burdens I had been carrying on for way too long. Before starting therapy, I always felt guilty or anxious about starting the healing process but I am extremely grateful that I have been able to work with Denise and that she forever changed the way I looked at myself and therapy as a whole. She is remarkable!
Denise is a wonderful woman who has helped me come to terms with some of my issues with addiction and is always a great help and reminder that whatever I'm going through there's room for me to become better if I'm willing to change. She is always checking on me even if sometimes I don't get back to her right away! Thank you miss Denise!

Denise is a wonderful therapist. She gets down to business but she is also warm and welcoming. She has made me feel comfortable and supported even though we are on opposite sides of the world to each other. My journey hasn’t been easy and I am grateful that I found Denise. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being a wonderful person Denise!
Denise is present and approachable. I like that she was able to establish and mesure the presence of depression and ADHD. Now i can focus on it more clearly.
