Hi, I'm Debra "Debbie" Pittman. I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) in Arkansas. I have been compassionately and non-judgmentally working to assist others with making positive changes to their lives for 15 years. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, and other life changing circumstances. My counseling style is warm, holistic and supportive. I meet you where you are, listen to learn where you want to go and work with you to assist you to work out a road map to get there. I then also walk with you to help you along your journey. As no two people are alike, we tailor your plan to your unique and specific need. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. Taking the first steps towards change can be scary. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Debra has been really great at helping me sort through a variety of issues. I always feel heard and understood during our sessions.
I love her and think she is amazing!
It’s great your great
Debra is someone whom I've come to trust during session 1. She's not just a educated therapist, she has what I refer to as "street cred". She knows what she is talking about and I find her worksheets, advice, and style of teaching to be optimally therapeutic for me. I will continue therapy with Debra and not be afraid of the bad things in my past. I feel brave enough to walk through with Debra.
Debbie is kind, compassionate and supportive.
Debbie is a wonderful person and counselor. She helps me think through my issues with her insight and knowledge.
I love Debbie. She’s always great with listening to my ramblings and picking apart the important bits to help me narrow down what I’m trying to uncover.
Debbie is professional, empathetic and resourceful. Highly recommend!!
First therapist I feel like I could talk to without being judged. I feel supported the whole time.

She is the best!!!
I love Debra, she gives fantastic advice. She's is a great listener and I feel like I can trust her with anything I need to talk about!
I’ve never had a better therapist. I’ve never stuck with any because I didn’t feel like they were helping fast enough. I didn’t feel like I was gettting anything out of it but Debra was amazing from the very first session. I will stick with her as long as she is a therapist! She’s not only my therapist but my friend!
Debbie is so easy to talk to. She actively listens and provides relevant feedback. I was immediately comfortable with her. I look forward to continuing my therapy sessions.
Great
Debbie so far has been the only therapist I’ve been able to open up to. Very down to earth and makes you feel comfortable
Debra is easy to talk to. She helped me work through some childhood issues and how it affects my adult life. She is caring but direct when necessary.
She is absolutely amazing! She’s always there for me and always makes me comfortable. She has helped me with so many different areas of my life and is always one step ahead of me to help me. I don’t feel crazy anymore. I am completely who and where I’m supposed to be and I can’t thank her enough!
Awesome!
Debra listened to me . I had tried another therapist locally and they did not explain to me what anxiety was or how it worked. Debra made me feel at ease immediately and explained exactly why I was feeling what I was feeling. She gave me skills to practice and gave me hope. I highly recommend Debra
Debra is wonderful! Talking with her is like talking with a girlfriend over coffee! She understands where I’m coming from and gives me license to say what’s on my mind. She is truly a safe space.
