We’ve only had two session so I hesitate to review. However, the first two sessions were positive and a great start. As a result, I already recommended BetterHelp to others. I will continue with Sarah Anderson as well. She is a good fit and the filters to refine my search for a therapist were very helpful in securing one to meet my needs. Thank you!

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I am a therapist myself and can say that I've been somewhat picky in the past when searching for a therapist. I have stuck with Sarah because she has been super easy to talk to and gave me a safe space to deal with very difficult things I've been going through. She has a way of being honest and direct without making me feel judged.

I’ve been working with Sarah for a few months now and it has made a world of difference in my life. She’s very open and understanding. She’s helped me to gain my own tools so that I may be better prepared for circumstances that I would normally have no positive reaction to. She has helped me to see myself and given me tools to better identify my own feelings. Sarah is amazing, and I highly recommend her as a therapist.

She quickly made me feel at ease, in working with her. Even when she had to ask a tough question, she made me feel at ease about answering the question. An she made me feel that I was not being judged, and that she was just gathering information to help guide me to a better place in my life.

Reviewed February 2022

Honestly at first I was very skeptical I was nervous that this was not gonna work for me but already within the first two sessions I’ve seen a difference in myself and I’ve seen a difference in the way that I act and understand myself

Reviewed February 2022

She understands exactly what I explain and give me time to express when it's right. I instantly felt comfortable the moment contact was made and that's usually hard for me. But I would definitely recommend Sarah Anderson to a friend. She gives great tips and goals to look forward to. I'm glad I came here.
