Hi! My name is June. As you can see, I’m an older person. I’d like you to consider using me as your therapist because I am older. I have had many of the feelings you are experiencing myself. I’ve had some tough times and poor self esteem and worked through life shifts. I am able to teach some things that are only learned with age. I’ve practiced my skills for over 20 years. I went back to school late in life because I overcame struggles and wanted to help others do the same. I’ve seen a lot so I’m less judgmental.
It’s normal to feel uncomfortable when first starting therapy. I may challenge you but will do so safely. I love therapy, listening to others and sharing what I can. You will find I work hard for you.
The techniques I use are varied to my clients comfort. I believe all behaviors are for a positive intention. Some just don't work anymore. I'd like to teach you new behaviors for that same intention that will work better.
I now live in Montana in the summer and Arizona the rest of the year. I am licensed to work with people from both states and no other states.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Really like June. She has helped me a lot
She is absolutely wonderful, she listens to me, asks me questions that help me think differently. She gives me worksheets and information on how to heal myself. I couldn’t recommend her more.
Although I have had only one session I find that June listens and really want to understand me.
June is a very down to earth caring therapist. She offers practical advice to help you navigate through difficulties.
June has been incredibly thoughtful and in tune to my family history and issues I've had since a child. I've been given worksheets, support and ways to focus on how I've responded in the past. She's validated feelings I have and given me good ways to be aware of the way my mind has controlled the messages I have given myself in the past. Hopefully I can be aware of this and work thru future circumstances in a different way. I already feel a greater awareness and strength to do things differently in the future. Hopefully.
June listened to my concerns, quickly offered different solutions I could try on my own. June has a background with years of experience and it shows when you are engaged in your session not only do you feel safe to open up but she isn’t quick to judge you she lets you express everything and really listens to you. I would recommend June again and again for stability, experience, and the safe space she creates for you during therapy.
June is an outstanding therapist, caring person and an exceptional support. I am grateful to have her during my unbearable loss
June is very knowledgeable and very helpful when it comes to acknowledging your own emotions. She listens and is attentive with the information she gives you in regards to what you’re going through.
June was very helpful.
June is empathetic, caring, and kind. She’s really experienced in helping with anxiety. I already feel a difference after just two sessions.
Wow! June met me right where I was at with my hodgepodge of issues that I had accumulated over a lifetime of trauma, trials and tribulations. She could have easily turned me away to a specialist for some of my needs, but she was open to working with me; and was able to draw on her extensive experience in order to help. I couldn't be more grateful for my time with her; and feel as though I am equipped with the tools that I need to succeed in many areas of my life. Thank you, June! You are truly Remarkable.
Consistently calms my anxiety beyond I ever thought possible. Amazing help
June has been great at guiding me through my anxiety, giving me new coping mechanisms, tools, and perspectives that help me manage my anxiety. She's an attentive, caring individual and I appreciate all she's done to help me! :)
She has given me some helpful advice on how to handle my child's boundary issues and has been giving me helpful tips on how to work on myself. Much appreciated!
She is great, helpful and kind. I highly recommend her to help people. She has really helped me to look at things differently.
June is very patient, listens and makes me feel 100% completely comfortable to talk about any and everything.
I have tried therapy before and I was no help at all. But after only one session I know that my new therapist is the perfect fit. She may even understand me better that I do.
June is a thoughtful and I insightful therapist and I am learning so much by working her.
I don't believe the fact that June and I got connected was any accident. I was at an all time low in my life dealing with multiple deep rooted issues compounded by recent loss and abandonment. June's help was exactly what I needed at this point in my life and her calm and loving approach really resonated with me. June single handedly helped me work through everything and can't thank her enough. She was exactly what I needed, when I needed it. I would recommend June to anyone who has the pleasure to be matched with her as your therapist. Thank you for everything, June. Looking forward to keeping you updated :)
June is amazing, and even though I only had a few quick sessions with her I was genuinely moved by her empathy and willingness to talk through my concerns. I wish I could have done more sessions with her, but budget did not allow for it suddenly. You’ll be lucky to get June!
I just started seeing June and so far she has been great!
Very comforting and easy to talk to.
June is simply amazing. She listened very well and gave me a different perspective. She is fair, sympathetic and understanding and I always felt better after our sessions.
June has been a pillar to my mental health recovery and in the short time that we have been working together, she has taught me numerous tools to take a mental inventory and reflect on my emotions. I cannot speak higher of her empathy and skill!
