I've met with Julie twice now, after switching from a different therapist. I was nervous about the switch, but so happy I made the choice. Julie is extremely caring, and she seems to just "get it"....responding with very applicable advice, making me feel more comfortable with stepping out of my comfort zone and trying her suggestions. If you're looking for someone who listens, reaches out to ask questions or just see how you're doing, and just seems to understand, Julie is your girl!

I'm thankful for her outside input and general tone of our telephone conversations. It helps to ground me when my thoughts start becoming a bit far fetched and she tells me how it is (whether its normal, or misguided or just odd).

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Julie has been a game-changer: I can honestly say I’ve not met someone like her. Her ability to fully hear and comprehend me while also knowing when to interject or where to prod is simply God-given. She’s allowed me to go down some side trails but also keeps with the point and can tie it all together at the end so it makes sense. Her attitude is one of sincere compassion but I never feel like she’s patronizing me. Her professionalism is on point and her walk with God is evident. Her time and heart are a valuable gift to anyone who has the privilege to work with her.

Julie has been nothing short of amazing! It’s taken me awhile to find the right fit when it comes to a therapist, but I’m so grateful God led me to Julie. She has an outstanding way of making you feel heard and provides great feedback to help you understand your thoughts and emotions. She has been critical for me during the most difficult time of my life. Also, being a Christian it was important for me to find someone who shared that belief and Julie does an amazing job comforting and motivating me via scripture and Gods word. What I appreciate the most is the ways she will also challenge your self beliefs and thoughts. Giving you practical steps and goals to continuing to move forward in your journey and healing. I would recommend Julie to any family member or friend without hesitation. Thank you so much for what you have done for me Julie!

I like that she puts an honest effort into hearing you and trying her best. Like a detective she listens. She promised to not tell anyone about all the crying I do and how I get all snotty and high pitched but it’s nice to have a woman to cry to. I mean I cry to all the people around me but not like this. I feel like you can cry a little more dramatic when you pay for it. She has a big heart and that is cool.
