Thank you for being honest and direct. It's a breathe of fresh air! Being able to be supported and corrected is what is truly needed to learn and heal. We all are hurting, but to be able to self analyze and come up with healthy boundaries has been the best part. Thank you!

Talking to Christi feel like talking to someone I've known for years she is down to earth and amazing...but she tells me the truth no matter how hard it may be for me to hear she's completely honest. I look forward to talking with her everyweek

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Christi is wonderful. She doesn't let my ADHD direct the appointments, she keeps me focused and on track so I can make the progress I need. She gives me "homework" so I can keep moving forward.

I am a middle school administrator and the fact that Christi works in a school district just made this experience so easy. More importantly, Christi is a wonderful therapist. Her insight and ability to see what I could not is her strength. She showed me how to see from a different perspective and help clean up the incredible stressful trauma I have been going through.
