I am amazed at what I’ve learned about my present issues in relation to the trauma in my early years. Sean knows just what to say at the right time and really listens to me. I feel as though I am on a tough journey with someone who is able to shed light on the path ahead.

I just recently started therapy with Sean but even after a few sessions I already feel like I’m getting more control of my life. I felt like I was spiraling downward, but now it’s starting to feel like there’s a way out of the pit. I have a lot to work on but Sean has been very encouraging and supportive and is equipping me with the tools to work on myself and the person I want to be.
