Tracie was a perfect match for me. She keeps up with my tangents, and hears what I am not saying as well as what I am. She is extremely kind, and easily connects the dots and helps me see clearly. She remembers what I say and my preferences for therapy-style, and incorporates my requests into our sessions. I want to get the most out of my experience, so I put in at least an hour or more per session either journaling, reviewing, and reflecting. It helps our sessions when I come better prepared with what I want to talk about- lately she ends up covering all my questions before I can ask them. Very satisfied and happy with my experience with her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I was nervous to start therapy but Tracie made me feel comfortable. After even the first session, I already felt a difference. She’s a great therapist and I can’t wait to continue to work with her.
Week 2 Therapy so far so good. Just neutral review as an polite, understanding. To soon to say I see a difference.
I like her thus far … too soon to tell if it’s a good match … but it seems good
Tracie is wonderful, really helpful!
Tracie is an outstanding therapist. She actively listens and understands my goals. I have been working with her for several months and I have made so much progress working with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who needs a therapist who listens, who cares, and is committed to helping you reach your therapy goals.
Tracie is a great therapist who helps you unravel the mysteries of your mind. She is a good listener and offers advice. She even checks in on you when she hasn’t heard from you in a while.
I can't work with Traci anymore because there is a new law about out of state therapists working with CA residents. However, my experience working with Traci was very positive. She is a good listener and gave me some things to work on that have so far helped me.
