I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee. I have been in the field for 4 years. I have experience working in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and residential settings. I have also done consulting in a primary care setting. I have worked with a wide range of clients with concerns such as: depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, addictions, bipolar disorder, other mood disorders, martial issues, career concerns, intimacy related issues, adjustment difficulties, pandemic related fears and anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. I have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as adults. I have also worked with geriatric adults.

My treatment style is assertive and caring. I provide my clients with the upmost support and care to allow for growth. I believe in my clients and thrive on helping them achieve their goals as well as overcome obstacles. I tailor treatment to each and every client. I use dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, client centered therapy, solution focused therapy, reality therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.

It takes a tremendous amount of courage to trust someone to walk with you through emotional recovery. I am ready to help you through these next steps.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
