Lauren has been absolutely fantastic. I've been speaking to her on and off for over 2 years now and she's helped me deal with some of my worst days and provided me the guidance to grow in ways that I didn't even realize I needed to. She's a great listener, and provides a pressure free environment while always encouraging me to improve. Thank you Lauren

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She is amazing! Very understanding while also being direct with me
I feel very comfortable with her sessions and it helps me with my mental health issues.
Lauren is an ideal therapist. She has met me where I am on various topics and is available whenever I need her
I’ve been working with Lauren for a little over a year now. There has been so many ups and downs, it feels like it could have given us whiplash. But Lauren is amazing and could keep up with me. She always listens and always gives the best advice, but also gives me just enough room to help me get myself through things so I gain more independence for myself. She is awesome!
Lauren is very intuitive and asks the right questions to get me thinking about my own mental health. She's an amazing professional.
Listens and makes me feel better
Lauren is an amazing therapist! She always listens to my concerns and tries her best to help me. She is extremely patient and she never tries to push her personal beliefs onto me, which is rare in therapy. I have found so much support in Lauren and I always feel comfortable in sharing what I am going through, even with extremely personal matters. I hope to continue to seek help from Lauren in the future!
Lauren is great
Good
The more I see Lauren, the more hopeful I feel about my life getting better.
Lauren is great and gives me good advice.
Lauren is a gem and has been so helpful in my therapy process. I feel very much at ease when speaking to her, and I know she always has my best interest at heart. She listens intently, gives feedback, as well as gives me tools to be successful in my mental health journey. I may dread having to bear my soul during our sessions, but I never come out of our meetings with regrets. I have always been happy, proud, and thankful to have spoken with her.
Lauren is great professional and also nice person She helped me with my anxiety and panic attacks in just few session. I didn't have a panic attack since. Highly recommend.
Lauren is very personable and supportive. She has done a wonderful job at helping me work through some things going on in my life, and I always leave our chats feeling a bit lighter. I look forward to talking to her every week!
Lauren and I have been working for a little over six months now and I have seen tremendous progress. And by tremendous I mean it! I look at the world a whole lot differently now, and I take on my days with a better attitude because of our sessions. I truly appreciate her and her expertise.
Lauren is absolutely fantastic! My first therapist in a while and I really feel that she gets me, and is always making the effort to understand me, my wants, and needs better.
Oh my God, Lauren is amazing. She's always engaged and empathetic and empowering.
Lauren not only listens, but has feedback and brainstorms that are useful. She takes good notes and uses them to recall things in timely places.
Lauren has helped me address issues that I have been struggling with for a long time. In the months that I have been working with her she has helped me find tools to cope with stress and my negative inner voice. I have experienced a tangible shift in my daily thoughts and feelings towards myself through the work we have done together. I cannot recommend her more highly.
Lauren has been wonderfully supportive, compassionate, and a great neutral third party to help me process things and make decisions about my own boundaries in relationships. She offers helpful insights but not in a way that leads you down a particular path. I would definitely recommend working with her.
Lauren has been great for the short time I’ve been using her as a therapist. I thank her for trying to help me with my life struggles.
She is very good at what she does. Stayes in touch and makes sure I am a life :) joke... And doing ok.
I have never met someone who is so easy to talk to. I feel comfortable that she is not judging me so I feel like I can share more and be really honest about my feelings. She is able to support and gently nudge me in the right direction. I am so grateful I matched with her especially when I came in so nervous about therapy
Lauren is kind, a great listener and very personable. I feel really comfortable talking to her and I feel like she respects me but also does a great job at helping me exploring my boundaries/point of concerns. I would definitely suggest her to friends!
I am only on my third session. But I can say that Lauren has been incredibly helpful for my depression during a challenging time in my life. What stood out most to me her empathy and ability to be relatable while also following a process to improve one’s conditions. I am grateful for the opportunity to be her patient — she has given me hope. And our sessions are a reminder that I am not alone in addressing these challenges. Thanks Lauren!
