I am a licensed therapist in the states of Montana, Arizona, Nebraska, Colorado, and Wisconsin and a nationally registered art therapist. I graduated from Mount Mary University in 2015 with a master's degree in Art Therapy with a concentration in Counseling. I have worked in residential treatment, educational settings, and in addiction treatment. I have worked with children, teens, and adults providing individual, group, and family therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with addiction and substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, self-harm, and for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. I provide care using person-centered and trauma-informed approaches.

Before I started therapy almost three months ago I felt anxious, depressed and was lacking motivation for basically anything. This was the first time for me seeing a therapist so I didn't know what to expect. I knew that the death of a close family member and my depression were connected and that I needed outside help to find some kind of closure with that chapter but I also needed immidiate help to turn my current life situation around, since I was very close to drop out of my University Programm. Jenn has been amazing from the beginning. She's a good listener , gives great and feasible advice. She guided me with little steps out of this big slump I was in. Not every advice worked for me immidiatly but she was very empathetic to realize that and change the approach if needed. Today I feel immensely better than before. I rarely feel anxious anymore and for the first time in over three years I feel motivated again. I couldn't be more grateful to Jenn because this would not have been possible without her help.

I find her to be attentive in our time together and very much focus on what i wanted to work on.
