I have been a Counselor/Therapist/Psychologist since 1989. I am originally from Greenwich, CT., but have lived all over the world due to my husband's military/civilian careers; he is now retired from the US Air Force, but remains on call with the Reserves. We have three adult daughters, 8 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

I have worked with clients of all ethnic, cultural, economic, and religious status'; in mainly the arenas of Alcohol/Drug, Child Abuse and Neglect, Spousal Abuse(Domestic Violence), Parenting, Grief, Death/Dying. My approach to Counseling is Cognitive-Behavioral and Humanistic.

I have worked many years with the families of military and the Service Members (all ranks).

All patients are highly respected and addressed to their individual sensitivity with the utmost treatment of compassion by me. My dialog is to meet the patient's specific /unique needs.

I am a good listener and readily believe change can happen; with small steps. If you are willing to accept my support and guidance , I will be here for you.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
