She’s very friendly. Her vibe feels very welcoming that when I talk with her I feel like I’m talking to my bestfriend and like I’ve known her for a while. She listens to what I say, she respects me when I talk, I definitely recommend her.

I’ve gone to therapy three times before Danielle is very respectful and also keeps me on track when I get lost in conversation.

More about Danielle

  • 4 years' experience
  • Female
  • LMFT

I graduated from Antioch University in 2018 with a Masters in Clinical Psychology. I have worked in an outpatient mental health program serving the forensic population over 7 years. This population includes men and women who have been incarcerated, on probation and/or parole, and who have experienced chronic homelessness. I have worked with women who were incarcerated while pregnant and my role was to help them assimilate back into the community and transition to motherhood.

I have worked with individuals with a variety of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, past sexual abuse, life adjustments, schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, relationship and family issues, self-esteem issues, self-harm, grief and loss. I don't believe there is a one fits all approach and I utilize a variety of methods that includes client-centered, narrative, cognitive behavioral and mindfulness, that best fits the needs of my clients.

My role in the therapeutic process is to improve my clients quality of life. You are the expert in your life and I am here to assist you in overcoming any concerns and challenges so you can live your best life. I look forward to hearing from you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Danielle is attentive, sweet and creative with lots of alternate ways of looking at things. She frames things in ways I didn't see and helps me realize how much I can rethink the way I'm programmed. She gives me so much good stuff to think about it and has really helped me get back on track after a big life change.

Speaking to Danielle feels like I’m catching up with a friend in how my week went. She’s knowledgeable and holds me accountable but in a sweet way. She shows grace & compassion, and you can genuinely tell she cares about your well-being. Danielle has a little one but still makes time to respond to my messages in between sessions. Super thankful to have been paired with her!
