Bryon is well experienced and very direct which I find useful. He will explain how he approaches his role as your therapist in order to make expectations clear. I can't quote him exactly, but he explains often time people look to their therapist for instructions on what to do in order to make a situation or feeling better. He is a compassionate ear who will offer observations and suggestions as an outside observer. He also does give homework so you can apply some suggestions or perhaps get a fresh understanding of your situation(s).
