Kay, is amazing.

Reviewed August 2024

Kay has been simply amazing. I have made so many positive changes and improvements in my life and in how I treat myself. She has been a huge part of my journey and she has offered me excellent advice, a safe place to vent and she has been 100% supportive of the decisions I've made. I don't think I would have made the changes I have in my life without knowing she was there to back me up if I needed it. She gives me perspective and has helped me learn to navigate through my daily problems and issues in a healthier way. I can't recommend her enough!

Kay has been so helpful in guiding me to see the underlying drivers to my problematic behaviors. She's gentle and compassionate, while being very straight forward. I feel like she empathizes with my experience, while holding an expectation that I take responsibility for my side of the street. It's been hugely transformational to work with her.

Kay is an incredible therapist. She is relatable, understanding, and comforting. When I tried out therapy before Kay, I was very wary of continuing therapy. I did not relate to my prior therapists, and I felt like they were not understanding what I needed. After one session with Kay, I was hooked. She listens but also provides conversation and feedback. I was really looking for someone to have a two-way conversation with, and Kay gave me that. Highly recommend; a 10/10 experience.
