Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

He provides a safe space to share my thoughts, prompts me to reflect and gain more self-awareness, and provides useful suggestions as necessary. I totally recommend him. May he continue to be blessed and may more blessings and prosperity come into his life, amen
Fantastic
Tim is my second therapist and I believe to be really great. He really listens and perceives the root of the issue that you are talking through and offers advice that has truly helped me on several occasions in our short time together
I've only had one text session so far with Tim, but it was very beneficial. He truly listens and tries to get to the root of what the real issue is at hand and ways to manage stressful situations. He checked in often as possible prior to our first session. I have my 2nd session in a couple days. Hes a great listener and motivator. I would recommend him to anyone.
