Although the relationship between myself and Dr. Courtney is still fairly new, she has been able to connect immediately with my journey and gives me pointed insights that really strike at the core of my needs. It is as though she has known me so long!. Her expertise shows quickly and makes our sessions productive and supportive. Very happy to travel this road with her beside me.

I have been searching for the right therapist for me for a little over a year, I had good therapists but none that I really clicked with. I finally found Dr. Courtney and it turns out the wait for the right fit was worth it, I had been hoping for someone that works exactly as she does. I am so grateful I found her.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I just feel grateful that Dr. Courtney understands me, and we were able to fell connected quickly. This might not mean that you would connect with Dr. Courtney as well. But here is what I think helps us to connect: * I am a software developer and I think Dr. Courtney does have a understanding in that space. * Dr. Courtney shows great empathy and willing to learn more about the back story behind my situtation

I would recommend Nanesha to absolutely anyone interested in therapy. I have been in and out of therapy for the majority of my life and I have never seen such fast and thorough progress in myself. I feel more in control and capable to handle difficult anxiety. If you are willing to do the work, you will see amazing results.

Nesha has guided me through my darkest times a year ago to one of the best renaissance periods of my life! Having her there for me is a beautiful consistent support that allows me to grow into the person I am meant to be!

Reviewed March 2023

Nesha is such a supportive force in my life. Even though we only do one session a month, I love how that keeps me feeling supported and “checked on,” so I don’t fall into poor mental health traps. Having her as a therapist keeps me in good health. She really listens, is a great cheerleader, asks good questions, provides helpful resources, reads all my journal entries and is such a great “keeper” of my story. I recommend her highly! So grateful for her!!! She has really been a huge positive influence of my life during this phase.

Our first session was informative and I felt comfortable sharing my thoughts

Reviewed April 2022

Nanesha was completely professional from the start of my therapy. I have tried to go to therapy few times in the past, and always ended up not connecting with my therapist very well. That was always discouraging. I tried one last time, and found Nanesha. She made me feel comfortable immediately, and actually helped me keep my anxiety under control after just one session, which I am sure is uncommon.

Reviewed March 2022

My sessions with Nanesha have been helpful. She is a good listener and has helped me to be able to look at some issues from a different perspective. She's also offered actionable advice that has helped me overcome some roadblocks. As someone new to therapy, it has been a good and useful experience so far thanks to Nanesha.

Reviewed March 2022

Nanesha has been completely incredible and helped me to see what I can control and to take steps from there and to take care of myself and choose to be happy. She is so patient and allowed me to take small steps to get to a clear understanding within myself. I will forever appreciate what She has done for me and I have improved and grown noticeably in myself in a very short time.
