Jessica has been a great counselor in the short time that I’ve been seeing her. She is responsive to messages, and is good and guiding the conversation to the task on hand. I love that she had me write out goals that I wanted to accomplish through therapy prior to my first chat with her.

I loved that Jessica took the time before our first session to find out what my concerns were and then came prepared to our session with a plan and therapy route. If she hasn't heard from you in a couple days she takes the initiative to check in and see how you're doing. She is kind, validating yet helpful, and very pleasant to talk to!
