Claudia is quite literally the therapist I didn’t know I needed. I know therapy isn’t easy but I’m currently in a space where something as simple as putting myself first and focusing on just ME is a challenge. Claudia has been my biggest advocate since the beginning and ensuring that no matter the circumstance remember that I am the most important person in my life and that’s just the beginning!
I am beyond grateful that this platform has given me Claudia. I’ve been with Claudia for almost a year now and It’s been the best first experience with therapy because of her. Therapy has been both challenging and emotional for me and to have someone like Claudia 10/10 would highly recommend. She creates an environment where I feel comfortable expressing myself, goes beyond measures to provide me with helpful tools, very knowledgeable, honest and transparent with me, and most importantly assures that she is here for me on both my good days and my worst days. Starting therapy was a major step for me. After a few months now I can say that Claudia has been an outstanding therapist. She creates an atmosphere where I can unfold difficult parts of my life. I was very skeptical about signing up for therapy. Following a series of negative events that occurred in my life, I decided I’d give theray a try to process my feelings, not thinking It would help me much. I was wrong. Claudia has been extremely helpful in keeping me from bottling up my feelings until I get over them. She urges me to analyze my feelings in a way that does not feel like I’m being nagged or forced to do so. I cannot express nearly enough how appreciative I am of Claudia!
