The best first visit that I’ve had and even with it being over the phone I still felt that the session couldn’t have been better if in person.

I couldn't have gotten luckier to have found Dr. Ghannam when I did, she introduced me to the depths of my soul when I was in it deep and reminded me I could love it there and find the love outside and beyond. When I need a rock I know she's there for me regardless of our next session which gives me peace. The most wonderful, kind, supportive guide I could ever wish for

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Dr. Ghannam provides a holistic and well-rounded approach to therapy - looking to all aspects of the mind and body to help the individual address their concerns. I thoroughly recommend her if you’re wanting a therapist to look at your overall health and well-being in addition to mental health understanding the two and very connected.

So thankful for Dr. Lindsay. In the few months that I have worked with her, I can honestly say she is passionate about her job and helping people along the way. I know my mental health is still a work in progress, but she is very patient and kind which helps make my therapy experience positive. My sessions with her always make me feel like I am in a safe place, allowing me to open up and be honest about how I am feeling or what I am going through. She is also very responsive and offers me support whenever she can. She also provides me with many resources/worksheets depending on the situations I want to work on, and they are always so helpful. Truly thankful for Dr. Lindsay.
