Hello! My name is John Craig, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). My aim is to offer you a safe and secure setting with the resources you need to work through and overcome mental health problems. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, panic disorders, PTSD and trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorders and other psychological problems that interfere with living a happier and more fulfilling life.
My counseling approach is warm, nonjudgmental, client-centered and empathetic. I employ a range of science-based therapeutic treatment methods, to include: Rogerian approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Reprocessing and Motivational Interviewing.
