My goal for each person is to reach their goals and live the most fulfilling life while able to cope with all of life's stressors. In order to do this each person I work with is treated with compassion, respect, and as an individual.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), in the state of Ohio. I have been in the counseling field for over 10 years. I have experience working with youth, young adults, and adults. I specialize in working with people with the following needs: anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, family conflict, anger management, challenging irrational beliefs, building self-esteem, building healthy coping techniques, parenting skills, and adjustment issues.

I provide a client centered approach and work with each individual to set goals for their treatment. Using a whole-person approach in therapy I focus on mind, body, and spirit as part of treatment. I also use a strengths based approach. I have a strong belief in providing psychoeducation to help each person feel more empowered. I also will use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma focused CBT, and mindfulness skills to help each person reach their goals and full potential.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
