My experience working with Kim has been phenomenal. We’ve worked together for 14 months and I’m so proud of the growth I’ve made with her support. Her approach is as caring and understanding as it is honest and straightforward. Working with her never felt clinical, cold, or impersonal. She always made me feel safe and comfortable opening up at my pace and I genuinely looked forward to each session. Talking to her felt easy from day one. I am happy to have chosen her as my therapist!

I received a text from the application requesting me to evaluate my therapist and I had chosen an in-proper answer by mistake (discovered after voting) and that’s because of my bad English I’d like to say that my therapist is very good so far she helped me to go through my psychological problem, I am much better now because of her & id like to continue with her Thanks Abdullah

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
