Stacey is an incredibly considerate, thoughtful and smart person to work with. Not only does she make me feel seen & heard, she also knows how to challenge me and make me think differently about myself or a situation. Our work together has helped me not only in personal relationships with my partner and family members, but at work too. I love working with her and would recommend her to everyone I know if I could!

“Anyone can tell you what to do, but the true ability to grow comes from understanding who you are.”

In 15 years of clinical practice, I've realized that within our uniqueness, we have one thing in common: We are all constantly writing our life stories. Many of us are passive biographers, believing that our book is already written, and that the ending is set in stone. Here's the secret: Our lives are not linear, and we have the power to edit our narrative at any--and every--moment. While we cannot change our past, we can learn to change our perspective of it. Once we unlock our unconscious defenses, we gain insight about who we've become and unleash the potential to transform into who we authentically want to be.

When entering any new relationship, it is perfectly healthy--and encouraged-- to take the time you need to test it out and make sure it feels right. I promise to meet you where you are, and provide you with the tools to explore yourself deeper and make transformations at your own pace. I will support you to find the strength and motivation that will allow you to be more open and committed to making the changes you desire. In our time together, we will explore the full range of your emotions, including feelings that you may not be aware of--yet! Bringing these unconscious elements into your present experience offers you a series of a-ha moments that lay the foundation for greater self-awareness and enable you to live your best life.

If you're ready to dig deep, it is my honor to join you on your journey. Let's remove the barriers that are blocking you from realizing your wants, needs, and actualizing your full potential!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I appreciate that she takes time to dig into your mind and know what you are really trying to say or not saying. With her guidance, I was able to really know who I am and learn how to better face life with challenges. I am continually given tools to unlearn things that hinder my growth as an individual. I have also gained tools to better myself and my relationship with others. She's a breath of fresh air! I've switched therapists in the past because it wasnt working and I am really glad to have found her. I am looking forward to continue working with her. Her patience and frankness is very refreshing and helpful and is what I really need in this platform.

Stacey is exactly what you want/need in a therapist. She takes what you say and interprets it in a way that really gets you thinking and figuring out what you are REALLY saying. She’s honest with you, which can be hard for anyone to hear, but necessary for growth. I appreciate her so much.

I think that after roughly two years in therapy, I may genuinely have learned and understood a thing (possibly two) about myself. So that's what it feels like... Stacey's amazing, has been from day one. Kind, insightful, supportive, all the things. If you're reading this, just know that without a doubt she is wayyy better than whoever fate threw you in with on your first go or two. You really would have clicked. But her current clients aren't going anywhere, mwahahaha!

She has shifted my mindset and truly changed my life for the better. I feel like a completely different person in the best way possible. This is her calling and it shows. I would highly recommend if you are ready to do the work, she will be by your side through it all.

I’m so thankful for her beautiful mind and in seeing me with all my flaws and extra baggage and helping me to conceptualize my past in a much healthier way for my future. She’s amazing, you won’t regret your time with her!

Reviewed July 2022

Stacey has been consistently insightful and impressive from the start - we have been working together nearly a year now and I feel that I've made real, measurable progress that would not have been possible without her help and support. She has an intuitive sense about when to lean into a supportive role versus a more investigative/digging into the details sort of stance which surprised me at first, but which I learned quickly to trust. She has earned and maintained a level of trust between us which is difficult to do with anyone, let alone someone with whom you have never spoken in person. I would recommend her without reservation; she is professional, compassionate, intelligent, and excellent at her job. Wish her and the betterhelp platform nothing but continued success.

I have been working with Stacey for awhile, and I trust her. It has been hard to find a therapist that I could connect with and I don’t know how I could have worked through so much in the past 8 months without her. She has helped me to realize so much about myself, and my therapeutic relationship with her is invaluable.

Stacey is a wonderfully warm person to talk to with a good sense of humor and approach to having a conversation. She's great at breaking down ideas or scenarios with you in a relevant and relatable way that's been very helpful for me. I would strongly recommend her work.

Stacey let’s you work at your own pace and is willing to let you focus on your main concerns and areas that you would like to. Very flexible and willing to go at your pace. That is excellent to me. She listens and talks to you but also challenges you to conduct yourself in a certain manor even when you’re not in therapy. She’s very understanding and also strait forward and listens to you and brings things back up that you’ve said earlier in the session. She’s awesome !

I've only been working with Stacey a short time but in this short time I have gotten so much insight on myself from her. I felt an instant connection with her and peace knowing she understood me right off the bat. I also loved the work she does in a Therapy session, she doesn't just sit and let you ramble, she interacts with you and gently guides you to realizations within yourself. She's amazing and I'm looking forward to continuing to learn more and grow from Stacey's wisdom.

I appreciate how she speaks and the language she uses in our sessions.
