Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Gina knows my concerns and is working with me to come to peace with past trauma. She gives me simple insight and anecdotes to help along my way.
Gina has been wonderful to work with. She is thoughtful and personable, and has helped me work through many issues that I thought I would have to just live with. I feel supported every time we talk, and I have the tools now to deal with situations that would have previously left me feeling embarrassed, angry, or unheard. I have a new found confidence thanks to Gina, and I would heartily recommend her to anyone seeking help with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
extremely good
Gina gave some very useful insight into a problem I had been dealing with for a long time. I wasn't sure how to proceed, but Gina gave me the tools necessary to move forward with a plan.
Gina listens and makes suggestions for tasks to work on before you meet again. I like this proactive approach.
excellent best there is in my opinion
7 long years have gone by since my first (wrong) diagnosis and in all these years of in-person therapy I’ve never found a therapist who’s helped as much as Gina. Gina is incredible. She’s kind, understanding, she never made me feel judged, she’s been firm at times when she needed to, and was always there to help. I recommend her if you want to work hard. It’ll be worth it.
Gina has helped me so much. When I first came to therapy, I was lost in a fog of trying to understand someone else's hurtful and irrational behaviors that had devastated me. In the very first session, she gave me insights that completely changed my outlook in a positive way. With her help, I'm taking my power back in my life, staying healthy, and changing my situation for the better. Without her help, I'm sure I would still be stuck trying to untangle a skein that had no end. I recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.
Gina has been excellent.

Gina is the best therapist I’ve ever had. This says it all.
Gina is kind and compassionate. She is wise, understands underlying issues and reads between the lines. I’ve only started therapy with her but I feel like there is a safe place to be vulnerable and honest.
