I can’t say enough good things about Christina. She understands my issues, listens, and also gives me amazing advice of things I can be working on. She responds to messages quickly and is wonderful to talk to in our sessions. I highly recommend Christina.

I love that Christina gives me many other perspectives to consider during our sessions. She is also very easy to speak to and very relatable. As this is my first therapy experience, I really appreciate the supportive and productive conversations; something that had been missing when problem solving/venting with peers. She usually gives me something to leave with and think about in between our sessions which has been helpful. In moments of stress, I love that I can write in my journal and she can read my entry AND respond with helpful insight and tools. I’d definitely recommend her to my friends and family. Twice.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Christina is the best therapist, hands down. She makes things relatable, understandable, and she's funny. I never dreaded going to therapy, even though I knew I was coming in to do personal work and that she would challenge me. Therapy overall can be hard and can be taxing, but Christina creates an atmosphere that is comfortable, where you can share judgement free. Christina always makes sure you leave therapy better in some way. I would recommend her to anybody. She created the best therapy experience for me, and I cannot thank her enough.

Christina has been my rock through some of the most turbulent times and I can't thank her enough for the unparalleled advice/support/resources which helped me become a better version of myself. Christina’s perspective to always see the bigger picture is extremely helpful. She is very warm, approachable, and is attentive to detail. I always enjoyed her great metaphors and analogies which made it easier to understand complex subjects at times. I will miss having our weekly check ins but I am confident that I will be able to move forward in life using all the tools and resources Christina has helped me discover. Thank you Christina for “knitting this blanket together” I know it will keep me warm and safe as I transition out of therapy. (Sending a HUGE THANK YOU and Warm Hugs)

Christina has been an amazing therapist! She got me through some of the worst times of my life that I have ever experienced and I emerged healthier and stronger and better able to solve my problems, having been given the tools to do so. She is patient kind and understanding, as well as giving excellent insight on all problems. Thank you for everything Christina!

I connected with Christina right from the get go on the first day of therapy. She has been there every step of the way and has been such a compassionate and safe person to open up to. She made me feel at ease even when I shared the most difficult things with her. She pays close attention to detail and takes the whole outsider looking in perspective super well and catches things that I have missed in my moments I’ve had trouble with. She is professional and warm and humorous and held my hand throughout the whole experience, making therapy feel like I’m having a conversation with a close friend. I cannot recommend her enough if anyone is looking to do therapy.
