Hello!

I'm Jackie and I've been in the field 19 years in which I’ve been working 13 years as a Licensed Therapist. I have worked with individuals in individual, group, couples settings in both outpatient counseling and drug/alcohol treatment centers. I have extensive knowledge in the field and have primarily been working with individuals 18 and over since 2011.

I’m a very Person-Centered therapist in giving a lot of attention and active listening to your concerns and treatment plan goals. I integrate CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Care and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy interventions into your sessions as need. I am looking forward to helping my clients start their own Mind, Body, Spiritual Healing Journeys to live healthier and happier lives. Welcome!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
