I am a dual-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Clinical Addiction Specialist so that I can help clients improve mental health and overcome problematic behaviors by teaching healthier ways of coping. My goal is to help you Bring Forth a Greater You. As a registered yoga teacher, clients can be guided through stress-reduction exercises during our telehealth sessions. Learn Emotion Regulation, Stress Tolerance, & Interpersonal Effectiveness as you get the right tools to build a solid foundation for a mentally healthier you.

Chanel is so nice and very understanding. She doesn't rush through exercises but allows you to go at your own pace. I went through sudden grief and she honestly saved me from acting out and just allowed me to speak and move on at my own pace. Grief manifested physically for me and she provided coping skills that really allowed me some control when I had difficult moments. Though the time was short, you helped me more than you know. I will forever be grateful.
