Vanessa worked w me from Aug 2021 - Dec 2022 and in that time, I can confidently say that I've grown so much as a person thanks to her. I sought help because both the mania and the depression from my bipolar disorder were getting in the way of my day-to-day life. She taught me how to cope with stress and strong emotions through techniques like breathing, meditating, journalling, etc. She helped me pinpoint stressors and recognize my triggers, traumas, etc. She listened really well and I felt heard and understood; I could consider her both a therapist and a friend. She asked the right questions that would lead me to my own answers. I'm able to move on to different problems now (ADHD, confidence, etc) that she's helped me address the ones I came to her with. 11/10 would recommend!

Vanessa is one of those rare coaches you find in life that are able to change your life when you first meet them, that’s all you need. She is a wonderful coach, listener and knowledgeable. She is extremely wise and can quickly find ways to help your mental state. I came into my first visit feeling the lowest, having a mental breakdown, and honestly not wanting to live anymore and left with so many tools to fight of those thoughts. Thank you once again Vanessa, for being so compassionate and straightforward all at the same time.

I have been to a few therapist and I can tell pretty quick if it's going to work out and with that being said I like her. I am looking forward to her help sorting out some issues. We may not agree on everything but she knows what she is doing.

My experiences with Vanessa has simply been awesome. She’s been able to advise me on several areas in my life on so many levels in just our first session. The mindful tips, the diagrams she shared with me, and the scriptures she imparted in me were timely. Our first video session was so awesome that by the time I had my second session everything that was discussed was resolved. I affectionately call her, “The One Hit Wonder!” One video session with her and you’re good. Not only has she been impactful through our video session but the follow up messages I receive consistently from her are just as impactful. It allows me to know that someone is thinking of me and that I’m not alone. Being that I’m an empath it’s hard to find that in my other relationships. She has truly been a light in the dark spaces in my life. I highly recommend her!
