I am new to therapy so I don't have a lot of feedback yet. I have had 3 sessions and I am getting comfortable and more in tune to what I need. Even though I am still in the " I really don't know what I'm doing " stage. I do feel like I'm going in the right direction

I am a Trauma counselor licensed in Arkansas with over 10 years of experience. I am also a 20 year retired military veteran. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress, and military/veteran issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, cognitive processing theory and strength based counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Kateri Is one of the best things that's happened to me. She (along with the work I've been willing to do) has helped me completely change the way I think about my life. I feel empowered and capable where before I felt like a total mess, scattered, and even broken. I still have a way to go, but I at least know it's possible now. I highly recommend her for anyone dealing with trauma, depression, or anxiety.
Katerina understands the struggles I face and is willing to help me through. She is thoughtful and considerate of me and my feelings.
Kateri Killman and I have been working together for about 12-months, and I greatly appreciate her insights, patience, support and professionalism. Thank you.
She is knowledgeable in a variety of subjects and can give advice and support for any area of need. She's led me on a journey to be a better person.
I've been working with Kateri for a while now and she's an excellent therapist and I'm very grateful for how she's helped me. Thank you!
She’s so helpful. I’m glad to have her as my psychologist
Kateri Killman has been extremely helpful in helping me with numerous challenges that I have been struggling with. Thank you.
Professional, kind, non judgmental and most importantly, provides great feedback.
I have had only one meeting with my therapist. But so far she has been attentive, and interested in what I have to say. She gives me useful exercises that I employ. I trust as time progresses we would get to the bottom of whatever is really bothering me.
Kateri has helped me sort through so many things that previously seemed unsortable. She has helped me gain insight into why I do the things I do, and how to do them differently. She doesn't just help, but she teaches. She is fully committed to making certain I have all the information I need to make my life better and understand myself and my circumstances better as well. I highly recommend her!
Kateri is so patient and kind. She offers real-works assistance and suggestions and isn’t preachy about them. She is so compassionate and is thorough about checking in with you and helping you cope or find solutions. Anyone looking gentle guidance will find it with Kateri. I attempted to connect with 3 other therapists on here (two were good, but we just weren’t the right fit) before I found her and she was worth the search. I cannot recommend her enough.
Kateri is very understanding and listens to my concerns with an open mind. She seems to really care about what I'm feeling and what I'm going through. Thank you.
Kateri is great and communicates often in all forms. I accidentally answered one of these questions incorrectly but she is 100% to me and I recommend Better Help all the time.
Kateri is a very personable therapist. She goes the extra mile to reach out and check in with me to make sure I'm doing okay. Thank you.
Katerina offers several options from phone to text to reading materials and more. I appreciate her quick response times.
She’s so kind.
She's really easy to talk to, comforting, listens to every thing i say and doesnt judge me when i say something. She helps me understand whats wrong and makes working through the issues easy.
Kateri and I have had 2 1:1 sessions but keep in contact at least every other day. Already, my chief complaints of anxiety, being overwhelmed, and other issues are being brought to the front and proactively working through. She listens, asks the right questions, and makes simple suggestions to resolving an issue. I like the simpleness of the suggestions because this alleviates my anxiety and helps me achieve what I am visualizing my life can be.
My first session with Kateri will be today, March 31st. We have had numerous conversations via the therapy chat format and she has been amazing. She is kind, understanding, helpful and authentic. I'm really looking forward to our video session today. Thank you.
Kateri is respectful and supportive.
Ms. Killman is in your corner from the word GO. I'm new to therapy, so it did take me aback - at first - to have someone listen, HEAR me, and be in my corner. I have a good support system, but it's nice to have a person on the outside to help me figure things out. It took very little time for me to open up to having an advocate and I am completely comfortable. I can see myself opening up even more. One thing I love about our sessions is that she gives me the tools to tap the wisdom I already have, but need help bringing to the surface. I have numerous issues I'd like to work on, so I am looking forward to our work.
She was a big help in me breaking through my insecurities to become a better person. She really talks to you in a way that makes sense.
She does a great job and feel like I have a person cheering me on
Ms. Killman, directs me towards resources that are helpful to me. She validates the things I am feeling and is helping me overcome some of my challenges with anxiety.
