Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Great communication
Fantastic therapist who definitely helps you get to the root of your issues and offers new solutions that aren’t ones you have previously tried. Very radical in his thinking and his ideas. Truly a great therapist.
Just start therapy with him. You will not regret it.

Bob is an excellent therapist. He has helped me work through my general anxiety, overcome grief, and grow as a person while overcoming trauma that I have carried with me for years. It is a process and it isn't over, but I'm glad I have Bob to help me along the journey.

Bob is an awesome therapist! This is my first experience with a therapist as an adult living on my own and Bob really helped me work through my pandemic anxiety and work through my grief. I'm thankful for all the help and strategies he has taught me.

Empathic smart patient caring
Bob is excellent! Helped me work through my anxiety and all the problems life's been throwing at me. He's super understanding and offers great ways to deal with life's surprises.
Robert is kind, a great listener, and makes me feel comfortable and hopeful about the future and my journey towards a better state of mind. I feel that my mental health has improved since we began our therapy sessions.
Robert has been more than a therapist. He’s been a mentor, friend, brother with very clear advice and understanding. He has been able to get me through some of my darkest times. In that I’m actually starting to understand why I was dark and where it stems from or at least I’m getting a better understanding about why it is there. Still a work in progress but I’m still here so that’s huge.
I am new to Better Help and have found the experience easy and helpful. It's been a great way to find help and explore things. Robert is a caring and kind human and having his expertise available to help me is greatly appreciated. I look forward to having him as my therapist.

Robert is fast and great at responding and also trying to make me understand myself better and trying to help me better myself. He puts things into perspective that I’ve never thought to put together and it’s helped me.
Robert helped me through a tough time in my life. Over the month or so we talked, he presented a variety of ways I could improve my communication skills, helped me set boundaries, and most of all helped me organize my thoughts and feeling so they didn’t feel so overwhelming. I appreciate his life experience, and can certainly say that he was a great part of my road to emotional recovery.
Robert has a high emotional intelligence and laid-back attitude. He’s non-judgemental and seems able to objectively get to the root of any given issue. As someone quick to move from topic to topic, connecting the dots from different areas of my life, I need someone who can keep up.
