I really like how she asks the necessary questions. She gets to the root of things and builds goals from there. Our first video session was more of me and less of her. She listens. She relates and she set goals to achieving the outcome you are looking for. I appreciate her and would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Lauren and BetterHelp!
