I’ve had a great experience working with Wale as my therapist. It can be difficult to find a therapist you truly connect with, but Wale has done an incredible job of making me feel heard and understood. He’s attentive, thoughtful, and always tailors the sessions to meet my specific needs. I actually look forward to our meetings, which is not something I can say about every therapist I’ve had. Wale’s approach makes me feel comfortable and supported, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who genuinely cares and listens.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I feel many good feelings about my therapist.
This was my first time trying therapy after thinking about it for a while. I’m glad that I was matched with Wale. He was kind, patient, respectful, and made sure to ask the important follow up questions. I would definitely recommend him.
Great
Attentive thoughtful and caring.
Wale was a large part in helping me get away from my addiction. He was very easy to talk to and very supportive. We talked once a week for 4 weeks until my membership ran out. He was able to get me to excercise parts of my brain that were key in helping me stay away from alcohol. I really appreciate you Wale and wish you the best. -Joel
Wale is just brilliant. He can see to the heart of any issue and guide you towards clarity. He can help strategize to deal with anything. Would absolutely recommend him.
Doc Wale has been very helpful because he’s been able to identify and process my personal issues and actually make concrete exercises that provide me with the tools I need on a daily basis to cope with my struggles such as anxiety and negative self talk.
He is very helpful and knowledgeable on what my concerns and needs are. He is always polite and on time with my sessions and has been a huge help with me finding the source of my issues.
Great listener, and makes me think versus spoon fed a answer, very objective and doesn't immediately stereotype my issues or thoughts or questions. Very patient.
