Are you at a crossroads in your life and looking to get "unstuck"? My name is Tiana Burdick, LCSW and I'm a clinician based out of CT. I have done years of mobile crisis work with both children and adults. This experience has allowed me to gain insight into family dynamics, and how people function when a major change - or crisis situation - occurs in their life. I have attended both the University of Connecticut and Southern Connecticut State University where I ultimately obtained my Masters in Social Work. In addition to my years of crisis work and my educational background, I also have experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum for 3+ years.

If you feel that you are stuck at a crossroads, struggling with change, or on the verge of a crisis - I would love to be able to assist you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
