I cannot recommend Monica enough. I've been on Better help and worked with other therapists. But, no one has been as effective as Monica. Compassionate, kind, smart, and experienced. She is an expert in every sense of the word. Very professional but, still feels like a friend. Monica is great at checking in with you and highly responsive. You'll be lucky to work with her.
