Alicia is so helpful, attentive and straightforward. She holds me accountable and I usually come out with a list of things to work on which spills into other things that I haven’t even thought about. Her style matches perfectly with me. I have told several people about my experience on betterhelp and can not be more thankful for therapy in this space.

Reviewed March 2022

Alicia has helped me so much since I started counselling last summer due to overwhelming family issues. She has helped me find my voice again when it had been cut off by someone who was trying to control me by saying and doing whatever they wanted to me and making me feel like I was nothing. I have struggled on and off with anxiety/depression for years and this situation had brought more stress into my life again. Alicia helped me see I was not the villain this person was trying to make me out to be. She holds me accountable; encourages me to stand up for myself without escalating the situation, go after my goals and always checks in with me to make sure I don’t give up on my goals even when I procrastinate. She reminds me to focus on the things I can control. I am so grateful for Alicia and for the newfound confidence she helped me find which helped me get out of this long slump I have been in for the last few years and start going back to the good habits I once had.

Reviewed March 2022

Alicia has been so helpful to me! She is compassionate and empathetic but is also good at holding me accountable to attainable and realistic goals. She is very good at working with me and being a team in my therapy, instead of just telling me to do this or that. She has a broad range of experience and has practical tools that I can apply in my life to deal with my emotions. I am truly grateful for her and look forward to growing and learning more with her.

Reviewed February 2022

I can’t say enough about how happy I am about her help. Always reminding me to talk to her when I get distracted with my day to day. She helps make me a priority.

Reviewed September 2021

Alicia is unbelievably helpful. She has changed my life for the better even in the small amount of time we have been working together

Reviewed August 2021

Alicia is unlike most therapists I’ve worked with in the past. She doesn’t sugar coat and says what needs to be said even if it’s hard to hear. During my time with her, she challenged me to think outside of the box and gain new perspective on the issues I was struggling with. In between sessions, she regularly checked in with me throughout the week to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I wholeheartedly recommend Alicia to anyone looking for an effective and attentive therapist.

Reviewed August 2021

I have never felt more strength and support from a therapist and I have tried so many. The accountability during the week is a life changer. This whole experience has already provided drastic relief and it’s the second week in. I plan on sticking with her for as long as I can/need to.

Reviewed July 2021

Alicia does a great job with making me feel that she values me and that I’m not “just another client.” She frequently checks in on how I’m doing in between visits and continue to add words of encouragement. She has great techniques that she uses during our meetings to help deal with my issues! She’s is definitely a “tell it as it is” kinda person which some times I really need! I’ve only been working with her for a short time but so far I really feel that I am cared about and that she is invested in helping me better my mental health .
