I finally came to try therapy after multiple failed attempts in the past, was very nervous about it but with Lisa it became easy-going and i could open up relatively easy. Lisa is a great therapist! She has helped me so much, and I am grateful BetterHelp paired us. Lisa is easy to talk to, so supportive, knowledgeable and has helped me through tough times. I never thought I would be able to escape from my anxiety, depression and trauma, but Lisa has made me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel. I have never been so relieved as when they paired me with Lisa Simpson. Lisa is the type of therapist that would be best described as a "real" therapist, in that she is not a prototype of therapy services. She is someone who has a warm vibe about her and somehow has the ability to take the mess I hand her, neatly organize it and hand it back to me with highlighted key-points that I had missed before. After my sessions I have felt a sense of relief and enlightenment. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is suffering with anxiety, grief, or anyone who is feeling lost in their life.
