Hi! I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and have worked in the field of mental health for over 16 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges and disabilities . I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or various forms of abuse.

My counseling style is informal and personable. I incorporate a variety of different theories/approaches based on the individual client's needs. The foundation of my approach is client centered with interventions pulled from a multitude of theories including CBT, DBT, existentialism and solution focused to name a few.

Reaching out for supports can be intimidating or scary and it takes courage to take the first step as you are doing now. I encourage you to continue on this journey to have healthier relationships and responses when life hands you challenges. If you'd like to begin this journey with me, I am eager to meet with you and assist on your endeavor.

I look forward to working with you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
