Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

It had been over ten years since I had last been in therapy. When I met with Sarah she made it so easy to transition back into it. A truly wonderful listener, very gentle, but unafraid to offer hard truths. I felt immediately at ease when speaking with her, making it super easy to open up a quickly to get to the root of my problems. I cannot recommend Sarah enough.

I have been working with Sarah for several months now. While I am very much so a creature of habit, she has given me worksheets to better understand my behavior. I've learned to be more mindful of my destructive behavior and I am slowly taking little steps to take care of myself. She is very understanding and kind. She genuinely cares about her clients well being and not just about a timer. I like that she checks in when she knows you are going through a tough time. She has made going to therapy a positive experience for me (finally).

I have been so blessed to be matched with a therapist who I connect with and also trust. I was told it might take a few attempts to find the right match from others who have gone to therapy and I was honestly very nervous before our first meeting. Luckily it was an instant connection for me and she put me right at ease. Sarah listens, assess and gives applicable solutions when needed. She holds me accountable and checks in regularly to see how I’m doing or just give me some encouragement. Thank you Sarah for all of your time and help!
